You will find that each class offers a slightly different type of movement, style, and pace of class. Try them all! I will help show you basic yoga poses to advanced yoga poses, and offer modifications. Don’t be afraid to ASK, I’m here to help make your yoga practice a fun, memorable experience!

Friendly for all levels and offered in both hot [around 90º] and non-hot temperatures [around 70º] This is a 60 minute non stop moving flow, focusing on alignment, strengthening and lengthening the entire body and toning that booty and core. Flowing to the latest hits, old school classics, R&B and more.

I am a devout yogi and I love hip-hop, so why not merge the two! Taking our flow to the next level by allowing the tradition of this ancient practice to meet modernity of music. During this 60-minute class we will explore movement with rhythm and breath work and as sync it to the flowing posture of traditional vinyasa yoga.

This class will make you melt, literally. Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body. This has the effect of balancing the body’s internal organs and systems. The room temperature will hover in the 80ºs to promote muscles to lengthen without force. Poses can be held for up to 5 minutes to wake up the connective tissues. Seasonal fresh pressed juice (or wine!) will complement this flow!

Yin is a slower pace style of yoga, where we relax the body and mind by holding postures for 3-5 minutes per pose. Longer, static holds enable us to access yin tissue – fascia and connective tissue. Deep holds allow us the ability to find stillness and ease in our bodies. The yoga room is gently heated to about 80F, so be prepared to find deep relaxation in this slow, meditative class.

This class follows the primary Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence which is a vigorous system focusing on a set and progressive series of postures.

Develop a conscious, calm mind through meditation with a focus on breathing.  You’ll spend 25, 45, or 60 minutes in a quiet room as I guide you to be present and not be reactive to your thoughts.

Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen your connection to Christ. My sole purpose while guiding this class is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to authentically connect to God through His Word and movement.
